Shipping Options
Continental US:
- Orders over $75 within the continental United States qualify for free standard shipping.
- For orders below $75, a flat shipping charge of $8.95 will apply.
- Expedited shipping is available for $30 in the continental US.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & American Samoa:
- Orders over $200 are eligible for free standard shipping.
- Flat rate shipping for orders below $200, a flat shipping charge of $24.95 will apply.
- Expedited shipping is available for $28,95 for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa.
Order Handling
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 12 business days after payment confirmation.
- If you place an order before 1:00 PM EST, it will be processed within the same timeframe.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
- During peak times (including holidays), processing may take up to 35 business days.
Delivery Time:
- Once the shipping carrier retrieves packages from our warehouse, delivery generally occurs within 47 business days.
- Estimated delivery time depends on your location.
Shipping Exceptions:
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses at this time.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & American Samoa Delivery Note:
- Please note that shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa may result in longer delivery times.
Lost, Damaged, Missing, Delayed, Unclaimed Packages or Incorrect Items
Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Packages:
- Aeon Fortune DBA Spica Organics is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced by the carrier.
Delays in Transit:
- Shipments may be subject to delays while in transit.
Damaged or Missing Product:
- If your package arrives damaged or with missing products, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for instructions on filing a claim.
Unclaimed Packages:
- Unclaimed packages returned to us will be refunded for the product cost only, minus the return shipping cost.
Incorrect Address:
- If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, customers will be refunded the product cost only, minus the return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
- Orders will not be resent and must be placed again through our checkout.
Missing Items After Delivery Confirmation:
- We are not responsible for items delivered by the carrier that go missing once successfully delivered and confirmed.
