We are committed to processing and shipping your organic products efficiently. Please review the details of our shipping and handling policy below.


 

Shipping Rates & Options

 

Continental US

 

  • Orders Over $75: Qualify for FREE Standard Shipping, estimated delivery in 4–7 business days.

  • Orders Under $75: A flat shipping charge of $10 will apply for Standard Shipping, estimated delivery in 4–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for a flat rate of $30. Please contact us for a delivery estimate.

 

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & American Samoa

 

  • Orders Over $200: Are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping. Longer delivery times apply.

  • Orders Under $200: A flat shipping charge of $20 will apply for Standard Shipping. Longer delivery times apply.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for a flat rate of $50. Please contact us for a delivery estimate.


 

Order Processing & Handling

 

Processing Time

 

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed and confirmed by 1:00 PM EST will begin processing on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

 

Peak Season Note

 

During peak times (including holidays or major sales), processing may take longer than 2 business days. We will communicate any significant delays, but please be aware that processing may take up to 7 weeks (35 business days) during these high-volume periods.

 

Delivery Time

 

Once the shipping carrier retrieves your package, standard delivery generally occurs within 4–7 business days. Total transit time depends on your location.


 

Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions

 

Undeliverable Addresses

 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses at this time due to carrier restrictions. Please use a physical street address for all orders.

 

Packages Returned Due to Customer Error

 

For packages that are unclaimed or returned to us due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

We will issue a refund for the product cost only, subtracting any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier. Orders will not be resent and must be placed again through our checkout.


 

Post-Delivery Issues & Claims

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

Once packages are confirmed to be picked up by the carrier (tracking initiated), Aeon Fortune DBA Spica Organics is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced by the carrier, or for delays in transit.

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist by providing necessary tracking and invoice information.

 

Damaged or Missing Product

 

If your package arrives damaged or if products are missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date by emailing info@spicaorganics.com for instructions on filing a claim.

Photo evidence is required to process any claim. Please include clear photos of the damaged product(s) and the exterior shipping box in your initial email to expedite the resolution.

Important: Please retain all damaged goods and original packaging until your claim is fully processed. Disposing of these items may void your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

 

Missing Items After Delivery Confirmation

 

We are not responsible for items that go missing once the carrier has successfully delivered and confirmed the package at the provided address.
