Eligibility for Returns
We happily accept returns for products that are unopened and unused within the defined timeframes:

Full-Priced Items: Eligible for return within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

Reduced-Price (Sale) Items: Eligible for return within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@spicaorganics.com and include your order number and the reason for the return.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Condition of Returns: Only products received in unopened and unused condition are eligible for a refund. Any product that is received opened or used will be discarded immediately as it cannot be resold due to the personal nature, hygiene, and safety standards of our products, and no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a wrong or damaged item (see below).

Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed on our end.

Return Transit: Please pack your items securely. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping, and such items will not be eligible for a refund.
Wrong or Damaged Products
If you receive a product different from what you ordered or if an item arrives damaged, please notify us within seven (7) days of the delivery date by emailing info@spicaorganics.com.

For these cases only, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions, or we may issue a full refund or replacement without requiring a return shipment.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the correct item as quickly as possible, we do not accept direct exchanges. We encourage you to return the original eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item on SpicaOrganics.com.
